TranspoBINGO: Reviving the Tracks
Join us for a unique TranspoBINGO bus ride as we revisit DC’s lost streetcar routes and explore the challenges of today’s bus lines that follow in their tracks.
We’ll ride the full 52/54 route from L’Enfant Plaza to Takoma, seeing firsthand the obstacles and opportunities for improvement on these historic corridors. Afterward, we'll unwind with drinks or coffee in Takoma/Takoma Park and reflect on how we can build a better, more connected future. Don’t miss this ride through history with a modern twist, all while earning your TranspoBINGO squares!
We'll meet at Bus Stop 1003599 (D St SW & 6th St SW), which is on the north side of D St SW across from L'Enfant Metrorail Station exit B (Google Maps: https://maps.app.goo.gl/E34Gez31EZKvHXD17 ). It's in front of a colorful mural with a bird.
